I’ve been working with Foremost since 2010 and I have a high regard for both my broker and for the company itself. On two occasions I’ve experienced difficulty with a third party – but both times, Foremost put substantial effort into resolving my concerns. At present I have an investment with a CTA that has performed well over several years — and better than most others during market corrections. Colson has always given prompt attention to my calls and emails, and has made good suggestions for diversifying my portfolio by using carefully selected CTAs. I would like to say that Jim Allen is a man that I have shared my investment needs with in the past and will do the same in the future. We have known each other since 2010. He is the kind of broker that any investor would like to find. He is a man who has honesty, ethics and integrity. Someone who truly cares about your needs, wants, desires and goals as an investor. He will take the time to determine an investment strategy that is compatible with my needs and comfort level. He has never appeared impatient or anxious to get on to the next client. He has the background and experience you would expect from a seasoned professional. He will tailor a plan for you based on the criteria that you provide, and will not try to foist his opinions, or agenda on you. In short, his objective is to please you first, foremost and always. I have never met Jim in person, but I determined long ago that if I was ever in the Chicago area I would make it a point to visit him and sit down over a meal, because he is not just my broker he has become my friend.

In the broker world, where self-interest too often carries the day, and brokers tend to see themselves as their most important client, Liz stands apart. I don’t believe I would be in any investment vehicles today, other than my 401k, if I hadn’t met her. True character can take time for one to fully value and appreciate, after two years of a professional relationship I have found Liz to be conscientious as the day is long. Customer service and communication beyond anything I’ve experienced, combined with her attractive, upbeat personality, keep me more than satisfied. I consider myself fortunate to have her in my corner, and couldn’t recommend her more highly!

I have known Steven Hansen for 30+ years, even before he joined the CBOT in 1982. He has always been a trusted friend and confidant to my mother and me regarding trades with the NYSE throughout the years. He now oversees both my IRA account and commodity trading account (CTA) through Foremost. Steven is very involved with his clients’ investing concerns. He responds quickly to questions and researches answers thoroughly. He is generous with his time and I feel my investment concerns are on his priority dashboard.
