As one of our administrative experts, Joni specializes in account logistics and clearing-firm relationship management. Joni brings organization and patience to a new level. Joni and our Investment Specialists patiently guide customers through the account opening process. Joni’s solid relationships at all of our clearing firms mean that questions get to the right person the first time. A call to or from Joni quickly reassures you that you are in good hands. Joni knows the forms needed, the person to connect with, and the clearing firm portals back and forth.
Prior to Foremost, she provided accounting services for 12 years at a local trucking company. Additionally, she has five years experience in restaurant management and a B.S. in Education from Illinois State University.

Compliance and regulations are an everyday reality at Foremost.
There is both day-to-day compliances as well as pillars of a solid compliance program. Many firms have separate departments for communication and compliance. Foremost removed the delay and the red tape by removing the separateness. Gayle works with Foremost and Investment Specialists to produce clear, accurate, and compliant communications as well as organizes compliance program requirements for the firm.
Prior to Foremost, she worked as an Associate Dean at Elgin Community College and as a senior project manager and writer for Motorola. She has a B.A. in philosophy, a M.A. in Secondary Education, and a M.A. in History.
